Profit Forge is operated by Summit Commerce Group, LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to your first payment for Profit Forge Pro and to any renewal payment requested within 30 days of that charge.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
• email us at support@profitforgehq.com with your order email address and we will help arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5 to 10 business days.

Free trial and cancellation

Profit Forge Pro includes a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged at all. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from the billing page in the app; cancelling stops future charges and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
